Lost access to account.

Been on a hiatus but still got charged for Roll20. Decided to log into my account and found the password changed. Wanting to start a new game but can't access all my purchased content. Tried to reset my email and it doesn't even recognize that I have an account. Anybody know what to do beyond support emails?

Hi Brett! I'll also see what I ca n do to direct attention to this. Note that you will likely be contacted off-forum or at least have the issue resolved off-forum. Account issues are never handled in public space, for privacy reasons. Also, I't an American holiday right now, just before the weekend. There might not be an immediate response.
