[LFG] Group of Players Looking for a DM that is a newbie friendly.

Hi me and a group of my friends are looking for a new DM, as our current DM for our CoS session suddenly just ghosted us for more than 2 months now. And We were about half way to finishing it but Our DM just left us and didn't respond to any of our messages. About all of us knew how to make a character sheet and Roleplay, only some of us require some lil assistance when it comes to leveling up a class or such. We usually do our Weekly Sessions on the weekends and mostly be on Discord for the sessions.

Also Its for DnD 5e we prefer doing the earlier 5e instead of the newer 2024 edition. But we dont mind doing the new one too.

Hiya Mika, I noticed your post and might be interested in getting to know you and your group. I am a long-time DM/Player with plenty of experience and enjoy working with new players. I have a few questions, and I'll post them here as the answers will help others as well. Are you looking to continue CoS or start something fresh? What timezone are you in, and when do you play? 1. We would love to start something fresh and new as we would love to see how different you DMing will be. 2. Mixed of Timezones, Majority are from UK, 1 from US, 1 is an aussie, 1 is in South East Asia. But we all Agreed to stick around in UK Timezone as its easier for the UK people. there are about 7 players, but i'm unsure if people still wanna play.  3. We are a very very hectic, fun, hilarious, creative people that would venture into roleplaying style more as we all love to imagine ourselves as our characters. The only DM we had was mostly focusing on Roleplaying with the Story, we do love the combat style as well but majority of us love to roleplay our characters more in the games.  Thanks,  MikaMikey

I love being an early 5e dm i have revamped campaigns like icespire and mad mage i have no problem being a dm for you guys. We can session 0 something and have the party have a feel for my dm style
