Game showed an error now a game I have worked on for years opens to a blank white page. All that is there is the scripts I use. Please help. I have submitted a request for help, if there is anything else I am missing let me know. Thanks.

Help center request was a good starting point. There are a couple different ways to restore or roll-back a game so it will probably be recoverable if the issue doesn't resolve.  What did it show when it 'showed an error' ? Have you tried loading your game with a different browser or different computer? 

Hi there, Thank you for looking into this. The error message only flashed up once and didn’t appear again. When I reloaded the game, I got just a blank page with the single default white map. I’ve tried making a copy, removing all API scripts, and then loading that copy, but it still results in an empty game with only the white map and no characters or other assets. I’m using Chrome, and all my other Roll20 games load and work normally. My players also see the same empty version of this specific game. I ran this game for about 5 years, but I last ran it 8 months ago. If it’s possible to roll back just this game to a working state without affecting my other games, that would be completely fine. Thanks for your help! I had a friend, a player load in since it gives it only once. Here is the error it just showed him:   ERROR CODE:  NEP:-Nuz7cEtdcvLZ8mrhxAB    The game in error is called:   " Bushido Seven Kingdoms Main "

Hi Aramathis! This will have to be resolved by the Team. The help request is by far your best direction, as Gold said. I would hold off trying to do a Rollback on your own, given the error code. That doesn't sound normal, and it would be better to let the pros look at it.

Aramathis said: I ran this game for about 5 years, but I last ran it 8 months ago.  That's an important clue.  It sounds like your game was automatically moved into "Cold Storage" and then failed to rebuild properly when retrieving the game out of Cold Storage.  Roll20 Team at the Help Center will have to help with that. 

Hey Keith! Thanks very much to you both. Question,  I have never had to have the team at the help center do anything like this for me. Do I just wait for the ticket to be responded to via email?  

It's a holiday weekend, but you still should have gotten an automated response to acknowledge opening the ticket at the very least.

Hey Jeff FYI it did work but also gave an error code. I will put it here just in case it matters and there is an issue overall you folks need to see.
