Hey Saragon, There's currently no way to automatically convert an existing 2024 npc sheet into a 2014 npc sheet - you'll need to copy the data manually or re-drop the NPC if it's from the compendium. The options in your image should prompt you which sheet you want to create when you either drop an NPC or add a new character, but both sheets being enabled just enables you to create either in your games. You'll want to create a new sheet or drag & drop again to re-input the NPC in a 2014 sheet.
