Update: We’ve temporarily disabled Condition Sync due to unexpected issues. We don't have an ETA on a relaunch yet as we investigate an underlying issue. [Blog Post] Pro subscribers now get two-way condition syncing between D&D 2024 sheets and tokens! As announced in our D&D Roadmap : If you’re a pro subscriber, when you select a condition on your D&D 2024 sheet, it will automatically sync that condition to your token! This also works in reverse. When you select a condition from the token menu, it activates that condition on your sheet! How it works, step by step: Works for all players in any game owned by a Pro Subscriber! Open a D&D 2024 character Check Grappled, Stunned, or any other condition The linked token instantly displays the condition Clear it from your token, and the sheet clears too Select a new condition from your token, and your sheet is updated to match! For exhaustion: to set a specific exhaustion level from your token, hover over the exhaustion icon and press the number on your keyboard corresponding to your desired level. Use spacebar to clear the number. Tutorial Walkthrough https://youtu.be/j9VrpvdPQTM Built-in Condition Art The D&D 2024 sheet ships with artwork for every official condition. Join or create any D&D 2024 game and those token markers are now automatically available. Custom Condition Art To use your own custom condition markers, create a token marker set , rename each token marker to sheet-conditionName (sheet-grappled, sheet-frightened, etc (all lowercase)), and add it to your game. The D&D 2024 sheet will recognize and use those instead. Note on Marketplace Token Marker Sets At this time, it is not possible to rename token markers that you’ve purchased directly from the marketplace. If there are specific token markers you’d like to use, you can right-click them in your Token Marker Library , save as, then re-upload them into your own custom set, where you can rename them appropriately. Some marketplace creators are patching their token marker sets to be compatible with Condition Sync without any workarounds by you. Those products will indicate such in the marketplace description. One such updated set is Keith Curtis's Easy to Read Token Markers ! Browse amazing token marker sets from the Marketplace! Turning the Feature Off If for any reason you don’t want this feature enabled on your sheet, you can turn it off in the sheet settings (from your D&D 2024 character sheet, select Manage Sheet in the top-right, and under Combat, toggle off Condition Sync (Pro Only). More to Come! There's so much more coming very soon to the D&D 2024 sheet, including UI updates, in-line editing, and more custom homebrew options. You'll be seeing lots of updates over the next few weeks! You can view our full public roadmap here. Join Our Discord

For anyone going through their token markers, here is a checklist: sheet-blinded sheet-charmed sheet-custom sheet-deafened sheet-exhausted sheet-frightened sheet-grappled sheet-incapacitated sheet-invisible sheet-paralyzed sheet-petrified sheet-poisoned sheet-prone sheet-restrained sheet-stunned sheet-unconscious
This would be great if it actually applied to the ruleset and sheet people use...

Update: Due to a larger underlying issue that created this bug, we are working on a more holistic fix. We don't have an ETA on an relaunch just yet, but expect updates in the next few weeks. We've disabled the Condition Sync for this weekend to investigate a particular bug with games with multiple stacked conditions + npcs, which caused some token flickering and error messages. We'll be looking into this further, but didn't want it to affect your games! If you were part of an affected game, we encourage everyone in the game to perform a hard refresh of your game (Control+R on PC, Command + Shift + R on Mac). If the issue persists, please remove all conditions from your sheet, then refresh. Thank you for your patience.
