Player Character Sheets Not Available in Transmogrifier

I have a Pro subscription and when I go to use the Transmogrifier, everything is available including NPC character sheets, except Player Character Sheets. Does anyone know why?  I tried searching and lots of topics on Transmogrifier but didn't see one about this.

Hi Johnny Meatshield,  Are you the Game Creator of both games? Are the Characters in a Jumpgate game and you are in a Legacy game?  Did player(s) create the Characters? If so they are probably Roll20 Characters Characters. Note: being GM does not give you control per se, they could be Roll20 Characters, which belong to the players, not the GM.
I am the creator of both games, and they are both on Jumpgate.  Wishing I had noticed it was the default or would have gone classic for both. These are player created sheets.  I didn't know I had to create sheets and assign them to people the classic way if that's the case in order to be able to use Transmogrifier.  That seems like an odd distinction.

If your players created them then the sheets are connected to Roll20 Characters and thus they "own" the sheet.  Edit the sheet, duplicate it, and you can Transmogrify the duplicates.
It was a good thought but still no dice.  :(

Johnny, if you could join the Roll20 Discord server and contact me there (I am also Gauss there, near the top of the list) we can jump into a call and I can see your setup, perhaps see what might be going on.
