Not sure if anyone else is playing Obojima tales of the tall from the tall grass but the D&D 5e sheets don't really work for the actual game (Seeing as it has custom skills and money) Is anyone making sheets or does anyone have advice or a guide they would recommend regarding building custom sheets

Hi Yairadon,  Have you tried any of the other D&D 5e sheets? There are quite a few D&D 5e sheets on Roll20.  For example, the Shaped sheet has custom skill options. As for money you can use an equipment line for each custom coin.

The sheet we are using for now is the 2014 D&D one and while you can create custom stats in it they don't give you the option to NOT be proficient in it sadly

If you by "custom stats" you mean the "Tool Proficiencies & Custom Skills" area, yes you can do non-proficiency via a workaround.  1) Set it to "Jack of All Trades"  2) In the "Mods" section put -1 if your PB is 2.  3) Update it to -2 at level 9 and -3 at level 17.
