Detect dominant color is turning the backdrop black

I'm trying to get the backdrop of a map to match the color of the map. I managed to get it to work for a second by making the map way bigger than the image I was using and as soon as I resized it to the proper size it went back to turning the background black for some reason. It's set to have the backdrop transparent, the board color transparent, and the backdrop should be detecting the dominant color but instead of doing that it's just turning it black.
Figured it out, for some reason it wasn't working in fire fox but I did the same setup in chrome and it worked just fine and kept working in firefox.

That is interesting. I'm glad you got it working. Why are you setting Backdrop Color to transparent? I'm curious about why you choose that, in the color picker. That shouldn't cause an issue when Automatically Dominant color is selected.... but I have a working-theory that it also really shouldn't be an option in the Color Picker for backdrops. What would a Transparent backdrop look like? Grey checkerboard hatch? See through your browser to whatever's on your computer behind the browser? I think Transparent is a color selection that maybe doesn't make sense for Backdrop.
Specifically to try and get the backdrop to color match to my map image I'm using.

I noticed that the background color acted differently, if a character token with vision was present (or not).
