Specific Hotkey Not Working - Crtl + Shift + O

I have a weird bug where only (1) Hotkey is not working. Crtl + Shift + O won't bring the token to the object layer.  - I don't have "Use advanced keyboard shortcuts" on - I tried with both Jumpgate disabled and enabled.  - I tried refreshing and relogging - Other Hotkeys work like Crtl + Shift + K and Crtl + Shift + M - those work but Crtl + Shift + O does not.  Any ideas to why this is happening?

RESOLVED: Thanks to Gauss who recommended I check my background programs. I had an AMD Software that was hijacking my shortcuts.
