Folders won't open

Just starting today, I cannot open any of the folders in my Journal. I can right-click on them, but when I try to actually normal click on them to open them, it's like Roll20 won't even recognize that they exist. They're also missing the little tab to the left that's normally present for purposes of dragging and the like. I'm in a Jumpgate campaign, on Chrome. I've reloaded the page. I've restarted the computer. Nothing has helped.
I've also just tested it in MS Edge, and it's happening there, too. So it's not a browser issue.

Hi Ari! I can't duplicate this (also in Jumpgate). Do you have a different pointing device to test with? I'd suggest deleting cache and cookies, but switching to a different browser should account for that. You could try signing out of and back into Roll20, just in case you got caught in some freaky edge-case code push or something. Another thought: Is the campaign extremely large or complex? Does this issue happen in a new game?
It's not that huge of a campaign. I've signed in on my wife's computer, and got the same problem, so it's definitely not cache or cookies. However, it is not happening to her on her account (she's a player in my game) , which means it's either account-specific, or has to do with me being the DM or owner of the campaign.
I've just created a new Jumpgate game and stuck a few new characters in a new folder. I'm not getting the problem there, so while that's not enough of a test to be definitive, the problem may well be campaign-specific.
One of my players had this problem last night, the other 4 of us did not. He was able to re-log and resolve the problem. Today I am having the same issue. Some folders in the Journal do not expand or have a + or - sign next to them. Re-logging does not work for me.

Hmm. I'd suggest capturing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ), and filing a  Help Center Request . The log may help the dev team track down the source of the issue.
I have the same issue. It seems to happen when you reduce the tab with the -  and then log in again that it is gone. I cant open any of my adventure chapter folders anymore.

Without getting my hands on it, I can only suggest interface tweaking, like resizing the side bar width, making sure the browser window is set for 100%, etc.
I've been having this issue on one Jumpgate game of mine in particular. The only solution I've found is right clicking on any folder and creating a subfolder. For some reason that allows me to interact with all of my folders normally again until I reload the page.
My group experienced the same issue this week. We will have a game tomorrow, and I was adjusting the Journal this morning. So, I didn't notice anything. With their warning, I tried to logout/login and then, the issue appear to me. No folder is "openable", but when i right-clicked and added a new subfolder to it, it seems to restore to the previous state and everything (not only on that folder) appeared again. Very odd, and I don't know if the solution works for my players, who don't have the permission to add folders. But it seems to be a workaround...

When this happens, I would suggest capturing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and filing a  Help Center Request .
I've also been having this issue for a few weeks. I was able to fix it by using the Journal's search function to look up something in a folder that I can't open,, and then from there you can open the folder and doing so will also make all folders accessible again.  I don't know  why  it's doing this, but hope this helps.
