Unable to Use Eberron Pre-Order Bonus

I reached out to support about this, but to say they are unhelpful is kind. I pre-ordered the Eberron book, but I'm unable to use any of the pre-order bonuses. For example, I can see the inventor's vault map pack in the "My Marketplace" items section, but it does not appear as an add-on that I can add to a game, nor does it appear as a premium asset in my library once I log in to the game. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can start troubleshooting?

Hi Simon M., Please go to this link and indicate the bonus number you are referencing. Additionally, please supply the Marketplace link if you have one.
Bonus 1-7 are not appearing anywhere. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/bundle/37274/dandd-eberron-forge-of-the-artificer-2024-pre-order
Never mind, I figured it out. The pre-order bonuses are not housed under a single title; you have to look through and find each map included within the bonus, which doesn't align with any purchases I've made on the marketplace previously. I am used to just adding the map pack to a game as an add-on, or finding it as a marketplace purchase in-game based on the grouping title. I expected to see "Townin' around map pack" as the title, not having to find the three sub-titles. It requires a lot of work and bookmarking several links to find exactly what you gained as a bonus item, rather than all the plug-and-play options I'm used to in Roll20. I hate the fact that I have to click through several links to find the names of the individual maps, rather than just have all of the pre-order bonuses under a single listing or an add-on for a game. Unnecessarily complicated and not user-friendly at all....I guess I should be used to that with roll20 by now.

Ok, glad you have it worked out. As a note, the link I provided above has that information. Each of the products in the pack is available there via clicking on the names. That will tell you the name to look for either in the Art Library or in the Addon section.
