Community Forums: pack purchased but partial download and error

Hello friends, I paid the "MEGA MAPS Temple Pack" but when I wanted to download the pack, the folder shows only 15 files ... the 130. An error message accompanying the opening of the zip file. What should I do to get the rest ? Thanks EDIT : finally, no downloaded file is readable (error message for exporting files). Nothing.

I assume you tried to download it more than once? Did you try a different browser? Could you go to <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> and paste the results (WITHOUT the IP Address, please) here?
