Unable to upload new images & ANY audio is not playing

Hello, i've been trouble shooting for quite some time now  and i can't find a solution over the forums. I was preparing the tokens for the next  session and after uploading 5 images it stoped accepting any more (Picture No1 is what i see, im not near the max upload limit for a free user) I also wanted to add some music but when uploaded and added to the game, after clicking play it gets perpetually stuck on a "00:00" timer and not play at all (seen in picture no2), sometimes it's trying to play by its own despite clicking the stop button, i have tried deleting them and reuploading without any changes. EDIT: i have cleared cache of my browser, i've tried in different browsers, im not using any extensions other than ad-blockers that were not updated during my prep nor have i used different add-ons since i started using roll20, i have logged in and out of my account, all of the music is in my pc and i upload it directly onto "My audio" section, they are all under 5Mb, using only windows defender that never seemed to interfere with the platform.

Hi Max! The music being stuck at 0:00 is something I've encountered, though it's usually fixed for me with a reload. For the rest, though, I'm not sure I have any advice--you've done pretty much all the reasonable diagnosis steps. The only thing I can suggest at this point is to initiate an upload, capture a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request . Maybe the devs can figure out the issue.

The issue with unable to upload... Sounds like an issue that cropped-up that others reported this week, and I saw on Roll20 Discord where the Roll20 Team addressed it. They said, it could be a regional issue, do you use a VPN? If you do try switching a different region and test uploading again. Also report it to Roll20 Help Center with your details so they can try to track it down

First of all, ty a lot keith for replying to my post so fast and politely. Simply wanted to say that the issue seems to have fixed itself, seemingly out of the blue... i can reupload images once again and the audio is now playing. I don't know if you're an emissary of the Omnissiah or if he was listening in but as soon as you replied everything started working XD Again thanks a lot for the help, i'll keep an eye if it happens again to reach directly to the help center. Edit: Just saw your reply Gold and to answer the question: i do not use any VPN. Should i still report to the help center? i know the issue has been "solved" but it may be just a fluke.

I did hear talk of a regional issue with users from Spain. Would that include you, Max?
That's some fine accuracy keith, indeed i am from Spain. I was searching the forums for post about the same issues i was having and many of them were rather old, if there was talk about regional issues i admit i didn't see them, probably should have been more thorough.

I think the Spain connection was something that had been communicated directly to folks who submitted info to the Help Center. I don't know too much about it, other than that it was temporary and outside Roll20's direct control.
Sadly the music issue has come back and if it is outside of Roll20's control there's not much to do. Thanks again for all the help you guys have provided me.

If that's the "length = 0:00 and won't play" bug, I think that's unrelated. That's a long standing bug, and the only solution I've found is to reload.
Yeah it's that bug, i have reloaded a few times and it seems to persist, i will keep trying, thak you once more!

Roll20 just added a temporary note on the troubleshooting page (and probably elsewhere): We are aware of upload issues that are affecting users located in Spain. This is due to a court order that was granted to La Liga to combat piracy. Due to this court order Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are required to block many services when a La Liga match is ongoing. This includes blocks for services such as Cloudflare (a service Roll20 uses). At this time, we can only recommend waiting for La Liga matches to end, utilizing a VPN, or contacting your ISP and representatives about the blocks.
It's true, Spanish here. It started last sunday and it completely missed me until today after 2 hours of going insane trying to fix the audio issues I had I found your post and it reminded me of the stupidity of my people. I could not stream MY uploaded media (music) or stream someone else's media (tabletop audio) because of this boomer-ass disgusting censorship instated because some old out of touch dudes think they can stop pirates from streaming on football days when they immediately use a VPN and bypass the block, which is suffered by anyone else. We are getting blocked everywhere starting 19:00 and lasting up to 23:00 PM, nothing with cloudflare works in my country, nothing. get a VPN if you are Spanish, it's the only way to survive a football day here.

Hello a spanish guy here Do you know what VPNs work with this? We can't play, we're all from Spain, it's terrible, damn Thebas. Any of you who have been able to fix it? Can you tell me what VPN worked for you? We had to stop the game...
