Character name stuck as "New Adventurer"

When I try to create a character using the Character Creator in the Roll20 Characters page, after finishing the character sheet I go back to my characters page and the display name is stuck as "New Adventurer". I tried clearing my cache and cookies, checked on Firefox and Chrome separately, and the issue is still persistent. This is the case for both 2014 and 2024 D&D character sheets, so I assume it's the same with other sheets as well. Can anyone help me with this?

I renamed an existing character, and while correct on the sheet the old name is still on the Characters page…

I am in the same boat. I remade one of my PCs with a different name. The name on the sheet is correct, however, it shows "New Adventurer" in my vault of characters.

Hi folks,  The Devs are aware of this bug and should have it fixed this week.

This seems fixed for me! Changed the name then changed it back…

It is still not fixed for me

This happened to me too, changed his name to "Non-New Adventurer" and back again and that fixed it. I don't know if this matters, but I also clicked on the "Bio & Info" button just to click on save changes, not sure if that helped or not
