Keys from the Golden Vault Contents not showing in Jorunal

Hi, this may be a Marketplace problem: I created a campaign maodule with the 13 heist addons. But last week or so something must have changed: The module does not show up in my Marketplace items any more (only the Addons contained in it), but worse so no content is accessible any more in the campaign's journal. The categrories simply don't expand, thus no tokens can be drawn on the map and no descriptions are accessinle. That includes my players' characters sheets! Another user had a similar problem, the +/- buttons disappeared from their Journal tab. Clear your browser cache, and reload roll20. See if that fixes the problem. It worked for the other user

No, that was not the problem. Next guess? The cache is wiped automatically after every session. "The problem" existed for several days and then disappeared as it appeared. I guess the same is true for the other colleague who cleared their cache after "the problem" disappeared. I call this a guess because it doesn't lead to an explanation and potential future correction. Even less so if software is written by LLMs and released without thorough testing. Btw, the *real* problem is not just suboptimal software but a broken game session by withdrawing contracted and paid for services.

In that case you could report it to Roll20 Help Center. https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

I did a day after I posted here. Shortly after the problem disappeared, the contents of the existing adventure module re-appeared and the paid module was back in my marketplace items. I had no reaction from Roll20's part so far. I could seculate some algorithm went over the paid contents and halucinated an irregularity it eagerly "corrected" while a session was running. Currently it looks ok, and I hope no further surprises for our session tomorrow afternoon.
Here's the support's answer: "This is an issue that our team is aware of and is on our radar for a fix as soon as we can! I've made sure to add this report to our internal ticket as well so it can be prioritized properly. It does appear that your issue got resolved in this case, but if not, please just let me know."

No, it is not resolved. The problem just came back mid session. Essential and paid for contents are not accessible which breaks the game. You Roll20 are unprofessional and you are loosing a customer.

Hi MaximillianI! That response would probably be more productive if returned to the Help Center email chain. The forums are primarily community help. Nevertheless, I'll make an additional report to see if more eyes can be got on this. Also note that if this cannot be resolved satisfactorily, you can request a refund.

What makes you think I did not do that? You're the second guy in a handful of posts to tell me. This the place to let others know. The support closed the old ticket after acknowledging the problem's existence, but falsely claiming it was solved. I opened a new ticket, no answer, no solution so far. Roll20 is unreliable. Keith, a refund is unhelpful since this is a running a campaign.

Sorry, I was posting that in reference to this specific sentence: You Roll20 are unprofessional and you are loosing a customer. ... which felt like a direct address to Roll20, rather than the users in this thread. I just meant that if you wanted to communicate that particular message to Roll20, that would be the place where they would see it. FWIW, I did make a report on this to see if I could get more attention on it. Apparently this is an intermittent problem for a few users (categories don't expand in the journal tab) and has proved very hard to reproduce (it's happened to me once, but a refresh helped in my case). Without solid reproduction, it's difficult for the team to find out what is going on. Which is another reason I and others often recommend the Help Center. More reports = more data points = more chance of finding a root cause. I realize none of this helps clear up your particular issue, and that it is frustrating. I wish I could do more.
