Logs are not pdf properly in roll20.

I'm a Korean user who enjoys blade play in the dark on Roll 20. I've been logging through "copy print-background graphics" for quite some time, but recently I've had a problem where the dice result isn't recorded properly. I was wondering if this is a bug or if there's any other way. *A form of log created when the function worked properly in the past. * And this is a recent phenomenon. ps. I think there may be an error in the context of the translation by presenting the problem through a translator. Please understand.

Hi ■! I really don't have a clue what the problem might be, but it looks like it is not properly recording Roll Templates. If you don't get any answers or useful suggestions here, your best bet is to file a  Help Center Request , and get a team member to investigate.

I have the same reaction as keithcurtis --- it looks like it could be an issue with Roll Templates. Roll Templates are a feature of the Character Sheet that is set on the game. Which game system (which Roll20 character sheet) are you using? Is it... Blades in the Dark by Evil Hat Productions by  Authors: Tim Denee, Jakob Oesinghaus, Fred Hicks ?

Ok I have identified the Character Sheet and tested it briefly and quickly on my end: Blades in the Dark by Evil Hat Productions by  Authors: Tim Denee, Jakob Oesinghaus, Fred Hicks The Roll Template is working ok for me (based on just 3 test rolls so far).  If this helps anyone to troubleshoot why the Roll Template is not displaying correctly on the OP's game, in Korean language?

It could be a problem with the sheet it self.
