Seeking Advice On Correct Foreground Settings

I'm a newbie to using Foreground. Which settings should I use for the following simple example?  Imagine I have two little sheds in an outdoor setting. I've drawn their borders on the map layer, redrawn them in the Lighting layer (to block vision), and put roofs on them in the Foreground layer (currently set to As Darkness). The first image shows the scene from the DM's point of view. In the second the token moves into the shed and I've shown the image from token preview. The weird thing to me is that once inside the shed the token can still see the roof of the other shed. I'd like shed 2's roof to be invisible to the token while it is inside the solid walls of shed 1. I hope this is clear.  Many thanks for any advice! Allen

I think it's a setting where you want to put the roofs "Below Darkness", but I'm not 100% sure of how that works, or how to describe the way it works
Below darkness isn't good because then the token itself is hidden. (This pic is using the token vision preview setting.)

But now I think that if I use "below darkness" AND give the roofs the conditional fade setting it might behave as I want.  (This pic is using the token vision preview setting.) Does this sound correct to you more experienced users? (I worry that this mode might blot out what the tokens see via Explorer Mode. I want the PCs to continue to see the map areas that they've explored even if they leave a building/shed.) Thanks.

HI Allen! Explorer mode should still work in this case, though the roof will likely obscure it when the token is not under it. The best test when you are uncertain is to use a  Dummy Account .
