Are character transfers between different types of games supposed to be shut off?

It seems like character transfers between different types of games no longer work. I can't get a game of a different type to pull up the game I want to move them into. WHY would I want to do that? Because I have macro mules that are system agnostic specifically because I play society games. In society you go from table to table and if one DM has the jumpgate, one dm has the pathfinder sheet, one has the demiplane, one had something custom, almost no two tables are close enough to allow a character transfer anymore. character transfers are half of what I pay for.  Currently going demiplane borks everything else, including dempiplane sometimes.

Hi BigNorseWolf! I haven't experimented with demiplane, but can you elaborate a little on specific cases, and how you are performing the transfer? There are currently three ways to transfer a character: Character Vault, Roll20CHaracters, and the Transmogrifier. Each one has different limitations. And in no case, AFAIK, can you transfer anything from Jumpgate back into Classic.
