No mor access to (most) of my compendium

Hi there, i don't have access to my purchased items of my compandium in one of my ongoing campaigns anymore. if i search something, only results of free rules 2014 and free rules 2024 (of DnD) are popping up, nothing more. the game itself says, that "this game has some compendiums blocked. to make changes go to game settings." i didn't change anything in game settings or compendium since i switched to jumpgate some months ago. i played my campaign last thursday and everything was fine then. i compared my settings to another campaign of mine, which is still working as it should. the settings are identical, so i don't know what's wrong here. somebody here, who has made the same experience or somebody who knows, what the problem could be? thanks

Hi JackJammer! I'm assuming that you have gone through your Compendium Sharing list on the game's Settings page, and have ensured that one of your sharing slots is assigned to the game. If you are still having issues, try deleting cache and cookies, then signing out of and back into the site. There were a number of permissions errors last week that caused a lot of code pushes, and it may be necessary to do this in order to clear up any bad data that may have been generated during that time. If you still have problems after doing that, we can go through looking at some screenshots here, or you can file a  Help Center Request  for official team assistance.

Heyho, that helped for sure, thanks. I get a lot more results when searching in compendium, but a lot is still missing and the message about locked compendium still pop ups

Having the same issue with my "aliens rpg" book, I've cleared cache and it fixed it but now after another few tabs of opening and closing it's not working again, so annoying.

Also, could you provide the name of something that should be showing up in a compendium search but is not? Finally, can you access something in the web-based site compendium that you cannot access in-game?

Hi Ashen,  If you cleared cookies AND cache, logged out and then logged back in and the problem has returned please file a report with Roll20 via the Help Center . They should have some "deeper dive" steps for you to try to resolve the issue.  While the above procedure works for most folks, there is a small number of people where it seems to be a recurring issue.
