Hi Favillion! First thing I would check is the Cell Size value on your page settings. Those issues both sound related. Unless you have intentionally made it 0.5 or something for a reason, make sure it is 1. You might also try switching it to something else, saving and then switching it back to 1.

If you find your Cell Size is not 1, check your Default Game Settings outside the game too. In another thread someone said a similar issue came from there. Game Details page > Settings > Game Default Settings > Grid Cell Size
yeah i checked all this and the cell size is One. but every time i try to save the grid nothing happens and when i hope back into it its still turned off.

If you want to PM me an invite, I'd be happy to investigate. Otherwise, the best remedies are: Delete cache and cookies, then log out and back in, and if that fails, file a  Help Center Request  for dev team attention to the issue.

Go to your games home page, click the "invite Players" button and then the "Copy Link" button. Never send that openly, since just anyone could join your game. To PM it to me, click on my name above my post. On my profile page, you'll see a button to send a direct message. Post the link in the message. Once I have joined your game, you'll need to promote me to GM status so that I can find out what's going on. When I have done what I can, successful or no, I will leave the game.
