Music doesn't play anymore

No matter the browser, the audio settings, the sound permissions, even the device, when I play music on roll20 my players can hear it but I hear nothing. it also shows the song as if it's 0 seconds long and will randomly stop playing it after some time. Anyone know what settings I can look at?

Saw the exact same issue described and resolved by a user on the Roll20 Discord earlier today. Their solution was this: using the opera free VPN on europe solves the problem Are you able to test a VPN for this?

This is also a common bug reported sporadically and randomly in the Jukebox, which can often be solved with a re-load. If it's every song all the time, then, yeah, it points to a larger problem. If Gold's solution doesn't pan out, I would suggest capturing a   Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox )and filing a  Help Center Request .
