Hello, I'll sort of just jump in to it! I've been running a homebrewed setting in AD&D 2nd Ed for the better part of a year now, and our group has winnowed down from about 6 to 3, and I'd like to bolster that number back up, if I can find people that would be interested in joining such a game. There are a number of details that I could probably bog a thread down with, but I'll try to just posit a few bullet-points and see if that garners any interest. Perhaps most importantly, is that the game takes place on Sundays, at 17:00 EST to 21:00 EST approximately. Game Details Name: Traumenfast Playable Races: Humans, Elves, Half-Elves, Dwarves, Gnolls, Bullywugs, Goblins, Kobolds, Lizardmen Playable Classes: Fighter, Debt-Fighter, Thief, Debt-Thief, Cleric, Druid, Bard, Guild Wizard(specialized, and other bonuses), Hedge Mage, Ardent (kind of a paladin replacement, but on a law & chaos spectrum) There's an Eastern European lean towards a lot of the setting, or at least where the players are now, and it's worth commenting on the fact that I do run my game as a sort of 'sandbox' so, while there are 'big bads' in the world, you are not compelled to seek them out or engage with them in any way. There's a number of custom little changes to D&D in this settting, since it was originally made for a group that was so familiar with 2nd Ed that it was boring, so this game was meant to spice that up. None of the current players are familiar with 2nd Edition, this is their first time and in some cases, their first TTRPG, so I cannot stress enough there is NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! The current party is in the process of waiting for one of their members to go to court for getting caught stealing a tiny fortune in silver from a tavern, so there is 'down time' while they wait for the court date, and consequently a good time to introduce more party members. In this setting, 'adventurer' is an insulting term. Instead, you join up in groups with others, and sign contracts which are overseen and enforced by the Guild of Reclaimers, and thereby yourself become a 'Reclaimer'.
