Monster Lists (website, not table) never ends loading

In my table, the monster compendiums load instantly when I search for a monster. However trying to look at any of my compendiums other than the basic monster manual (Mordenkainen, Tome of Beast 1 and 2, Planescape, Spelljammer, literally anything actually...) never stops loading. It's just the monsters too, classes, feats, etc all load more or less instantly. My computer is quite modern, and my internet is gig+ speed. I don't know what the problem is but I've just spent literally hundreds of dollars on this trying to put together a new table and it's very upsetting to not be able to access my content without knowing what is already in it to search individually. I need this fixed, or I will be asking for a refund.

Hi GeekMasterFlash, The external compendium has never worked very well, which is why version 2 is in progress. Some of the options such as spells, monsters, and items are already available. You can check it out here: https://roll20.net/compendium/dnd5e/v2/listings/
I am afraid this is still kind of un-usable, as if I sort it by anything other than everything it doesn't detect anything but my offical wizards stuff and not Creature Codex, Tome of Beasts, etc. Between this and the compendium as it stands, this is deeply frustrating as I can't really get access to what I need to plan my games.

I see content from 3rd party sources in the version 2 listings. Perhaps we can troubleshoot why you aren't?
Sure. I see them as well, until I try and sort it. Go to Monsters, flip on Show Only Purchased Content, then try to sort by create type (for example, abberation) and for me, all the 3rd party stuff vanishes at that point.

I suspect that is a Compendium data issue for some products rather than a general 3rd party issue. Perhaps the data is not set up correctly for some products. When sorting by creature type (for example, Aberration) I see some third party content but not others. It might be that the others were not set up properly for type. I suggest filing a Help Center request regarding any content which is not showing up when sorting by type. Note: "Show Only Purchased Content" does not seem to be filtering out 3rd party content. So I might leave that step off. It appears to be type that is the switch at fault. Edit: I started going through the monster types...found something interesting. Tome of Beasts 3 is showing up but Tome of Beasts 2 is not showing up. This definitely reinforces the idea that it is a data issue with certain products.
