Nobody in our group can get into the game.

Diverse OSes and Browers we all get stuck at the jumpgate.  Anybody else having this problem?
Same here. I was working on my map and all of a sudden things froze up. I reloaded, and now can't get into the game. Sad.
Ya something is up with the jump gate I can get into games without it only the ones that have jump gate wont load.
Just tried and loaded in fine now

Yup, there was an issue and now it is resolved.
this glitch ruined our session on this night. I am seeing increasing problems with Roll20 in the last few months with API crashes, Intergated Voice failing, players being kicked out of the game intermittently, ghost tokens on the screen, players being able to see "reserves" off the map I would appreciate if Roll20 could iron out these stability and core issues before adding new features which may look pretty but are useless if your game does not work

Hi Slartibartfast,  Have you filed a bug report via the Help Center on these issues?     Slartibartfast said: this glitch ruined our session on this night. i have reported  the API issue. All i could do was strip down my game as the DEVs could see my problem but not resolve it. the other issues have been brought up on previous threads. It seems on the Reddit groups that people are loosing patience with this platform, as am I. I have invested, like many have a considerable sum into Roll20 but as we will be going over to Daggerheart or Draw Steel soon, it seems an opportunity to start afresh on another platform.

Just to clarify, reporting in threads is good for community support but doesn't generally bring the Devs into it. For that you need to file a Help Center report.  You stated that "this glitch ruined our session on this night". I want to make sure that this is not a continuation of a resolved issue.  A couple days ago there was an interruption in service that was resolved. When was the glitch that affected your game?
The glitch stopped the game and is now resolved, but this has happened a few times in the last 6 months. The other issues are as mentioned. Brought up by others on this forum in past threads too. i guess i stay with Roll20 until the end of our 7yr campaign then look elsewhere.
