Hi there, I'm Hatter (she/her) and I'm back here again and
currently looking for another group to join to give myself more
experience as a player and the chance to give myself the opportunity to
play a different type/class of character. I'm high energy, goofy, and
love to vibe with my fellow DnD adventurers. Now that you're here, I'll
get into the finer details.
Experience - 5 years experience as a player which includes using 5e system on roll20. - 4 years experience as a player using both Roll20 and DnDBeyond Character sheets for 5e. - 2 year experience using Owlbear Rodeo for maps. - 1 year experience as a DM (still a big learning curve here, current campaign is on hiatus) - 7 years of discord VC experience
Availability - EST and can typically play for 4.5 hours (8pm-9pm start times are preferable. Can push it if game starts a little later.). - Can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
What You Can Expect - Flexible and generally open collab with DM and fellow players on how to best integrate their character into the world - High energy, goofy, and positive vibe brought to the table - LGBTQAI+, POC, and Neurodivergent friendly - Excellent communication regarding any scheduled absences, emergencies, or external obligations - Excellent communication regarding triggers or limitations - Immersive roleplay experience from characters to NPCs and fellow party members. - Funny little voices from some of my characters (pending on which one I choose that would be approved) -
Use of unique homebrew races/species with pending review and approval from
the DM (am 100% willing to work to adjust the homebrew to fit DMs
preferences/needs for campaign).
What The Player Is Not Looking For -
PF games. I have 3 years experience of playing PF in a homebrew
campaign. It was my first and ONLY PF game and, unfortunately, was a
poor experience. I also don't like the character sheet's organization or
format.
- Having DMs putting my characters in sexual situations where I was not consulted beforehand. I did not
choose/consent to have my character in said situation (this was also not the
result of the roll of the dice). This happened in the PF campaign I was
in and is one of main reasons, along with the sheet format, why I've no
further interest in PF.
- Games requiring being on video cam. I get the appeal, but it's not my personal preference.
---
I'm not a perfect player and there's still a lot I'm learning
about (especially with the way the math works in DnD) but I'm always
willing to learn new things and accept constructive feedback and
criticism.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask here or DM me.
I hope to be considered as a player and thank you for taking the time to look at my inquiry. :3
