Expanding Card Decks for Item and Spell Cards

Given the prevalence of card peripherals in many TTRPGs (the WotC put out a LOT over the different editions) I feel like it might be neat to expand the card decks to have a larger capacity text box that can be accessed perhaps by doubleclicking or right clicking or something.  Could put entire item descriptions and spell descriptions and all sorts of other useful things in them.  And could also use them for some other niche purposes depending on the system.  Could also potentially allow the cards to be given directly to tokens/characters instead of players, allow for decks to be only visible to specific players, and allow players to scroll through the deck and pick individual cards.  The latter in particular would be quite handy for people with flexible build choices like a wizard preparing spells or someone that can select a different feat or talent every day.  Could build custom loadout decks and draw and hold the cards that you're specifically prepping.
