[LFG] am looking for players for a campaign, game is self created. Every other Saturday.

Hello, I am looking for players to run a campaign with. I will be using a game of my own creation. It is a d20-type game but of my own design . Still, if you are familiar with d20 games, this will be an easy pickup for you. There is a website that I will share with you containing all the info you need to create a character&nbsp; and play. It is free. All the info needed is freely attainable. You do not need any source material.&nbsp; The setting is high magic fantasy. It is a lore rich world, but you need not know all the lore. In fact I think it would be better not to know as you can learn the world with your character. Still, I am willing to discuss any of this with those who want to play and know.&nbsp; I am an experience GM/DM however I am new to roll20. While I have been practicing with things and have made the character sheet and stuff here I may still not know everything with how to use roll20. So if you participate please be patient.&nbsp; I'm hoping it is acceptable to post the link to the roll20 game itself? Sort of I guess? 9It does use a d20 system, but it isn't D&amp;D. However if you know any d20 D&amp;D, it should feel similar. I can share the link to the game wiki if you wish, maybe a quick glance at character creation will tell you how similar or different it is. I'll share the link now. I hope that's ok? Hi, what time and time zone are you aiming for?&nbsp;

I am eastern time zone. I am planning this on my weekends off, so I can be flexible with the time. Just can't be before 4pm eastern because I won't be awake yet. Once we have a few people I we would try to pick a time that works best for us all. I would like for around 6pm eastern, but again trying to be flexible here. Still, it would probably be advantageous if everyone is within the Eastern or Central time zones.&nbsp;

I’m on the west coast but 6pm eastern would work well for me (although I’m not available the 15th). I did a quick skim through the rules, I like how it emphasizes roleplaying over min/maxing. About me: 41M, I DM’d a campaign a couple of years ago but have been wanting to play as a PC.&nbsp;

That's fine! Holiday months are often a challenge. If I can get a couple more I would like to do character creation on the 1st. As for me, I've DM'ed since 1998. I'm M, 44.&nbsp;

I do not have a problem with that. I do have to ask, are you able to meet at 6pm eastern? I'm guessing at least 4 hours of gaming. My son gamed with me when I had in person campaigns from when he was 16 on. Note, you will likely be sharing voice chat and campaign with people who are over the age of 30 (just a guess since I'm 44 and Andrew is 41). As far as age friendly, there may be swearing in and out of character - kind of happens in voice chats and well if it is in character to swear then they'd probably do so. There could also be dark story tones and depictions of violence and gore. I am planning to keep the game all ages so no grotesque sexuality and the like but yeah. Anyways if you are good with that then I welcome you.&nbsp;

I noticed I forgot to add: we will be using discord for the voice chat, preserving the roll20 chat for dice rolls.&nbsp;
