This sounds like a huge boon for professional GMs or those running a limited Westmarches style campaign.
Did Pro lose access to Dungeon Scrawl?

Novercalis, I am trying to find some place where it states that Dungeon Scrawl Pro was part of Roll20 Pro and I am not finding it. I too thought it was part of Roll20 Pro, but that could have been wishful thinking on my part. Do you see a place that said Roll20 Pro comes with Dungeon Scrawl Pro? Edit: I was just going through all the Blogs and other media I could find regarding Dungeon Scrawl Pro and there are multiple mentions of it being on sale, getting a Pro subscription, etc. but none of it being part of a Roll20 Pro subscription.

Well to be fair, I've been a PRO user for so long - I wasnt sure it was a Pro feat or not. Edit - I am also referencing: https://app.roll20.net/why-subscribe-to-roll20 which appears to have removed Dungeon Scrawl from all to Elite (Even though, I can still use it right now on my game, it seems or I assume, they plan to take it away) By the looks of it - DS was open to all but now it seems to be gated to Elite or am I interpreting wrong? however I also found this: https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/articles/16981022708247-Pro-features

It doesn't mention that you get Dungeon Scrawl Pro if you have Roll20 Pro. (I know, confusing isn't it?) Regarding why subscribe, it wasn't on there a month ago (see screenshot I took in October). "removed Dungeon Scrawl from all to Elite" To clarify, they have not removed Dungeon Scrawl Free from all. They are providing Dungeon Scrawl Pro to Elite. The access you currently have on Dungeon Scrawl Free should be retained.
Gauss is correct! All users regardless of subscription level can still use Dungeon Scrawl's free features (and the Roll20 integration). We are not taking anything away from Roll20 Plus or Pro. Elite subscriptions include Dungeon Scrawl Pro features (a $60/year value), like commercial use, high-res exports, autosave, and lots more to come very soon: https://www.dungeonscrawl.com/pricing I agree, the nomenclature is confusing. Roll20, Demiplane, and Dungeon Scrawl were all developed independently, and we're working to streamline product naming and feature clarity going forward.

I found the answer: https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/articles/28498815269143-Upgrading-and-Managing-Subscriptions But this is not confidence building:

Thanks R20, instant upgrade for me. Running around 10 weekly games, no more constantly switching comp and or deleting assets, I have hit PRO cap a few times and did long afternoon cleanings to remove older stuff!
Yep, the upgrade amount should be prorated based on how much time is remaining on your Pro subscription. But the purple supporting text there is not accurate! Thanks for sharing, we are chasing this down and I will provide an update ASAP. Thanks for pointing this out, Grand DM. I just met with the team, and this is a typo with the text. The team has a fix in progress, and I can assure any Elite subscriber that they will not be charged on a monthly cadence for any annual subscriptions. Grand DM said: I found the answer: https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/articles/28498815269143-Upgrading-and-Managing-Subscriptions But this is not confidence building:

Thank you. It's an instant buy for me...but not for 168 bucks a month. Does this count as a bug report ? haha. AllHansOnDeck said: Thanks for pointing this out, Grand DM. How integrated are Roll20 and DS? I currently have a pro sub for both $170 a year. I paid for them in July. If I upgrade to elite now, will DS refund me anything, or will I have to cancel my pro sub there and pray I don't lose my map library? $20 is $20, so I wouldn't mind saving where I can.

Hi Mitchell B., Roll20 has been pretty good about refunds when it comes to integration like this. I would file a Help Center request regarding account issues like this. They will be able to address them better than in a public forum.

I took it as Roll20 Pro had DS, not that DS had Pro Version.
