For a New PLayer - How Do I Get Them to Turn off Audio and Video

NVM, THE SETTINGS ARE IN THE URL TEXT BOX OF THE BROWSER Thanks for looking. How do I get a new player to turn roll20 audio and video off? I seem to recall there was some prompt when I used to sign on? I cannot recall how I did this 5 years ago, but we found roll20 audio/video to not work for us where we are across Canada, including Nunavut. We use Discord or Messenger FtF, instead.  Thanks for any help on this. -- Tim

I recommend that the GM go into the Game > My Settings > Audio & Video > change the Chat Tech drop-down menu to None and turn it off entirely. This is better than simply having each Player disable or set to None on their own. If you change Chat-Tech to NONE this will prevent that part of the code from loading (saves you overhead), and also improves the behavior of the Player Avatars at the bottom-left of screen. Namely it lets them fit a longer name without dot-dot-dot, and stops bugging them to Join Voice.

And it appears I've done that already; I just got off my phone with a friend across the country who'd never used roll20 before and he didn't make any mention of prompts for audio. Thanks so much, -- Tim
