D&D 2024 NPC sheet: add "Reaction" as a separate action type

I'm currently bringing in some monsters to my game that weren't included in the particular module I'm running, and I noticed they have reactions, but the current action syntax and dropdown menus does not properly convey how these are written in the book/sheet. If we could have a dropdown in the menu shown below which reads "Reaction" with a segment for "Trigger", "Response", and other options related to the 2024 rules reaction syntax, I believe this could be beneficial. for the sheet.
