Missing Add-on bought on DM'sguild

I've bought Vecna: Eve of Ruin - Phandelver Werewolves vs. Vampires - Roll20 that was suggested to me through the Roll20 market place items, and it's not available to me anywhere on roll20. — yes, my account's are connected  — yes, I've checked on the list of add-on  — yes, I've checked on my market place items list  — yes, I've checked in my library, both roll20 compendium and DM's Guild.

Hi Dario! Does this page show it as owned? If so, do you have the option to create the game there (being a module, and not an addon)? If you don't see it there as being owned, I suggest a&nbsp; Help Center Request . Or report back here and I'll see if I can get someone's attention on this.

Thank you, help centre already fixed it. It didn't show up anywhere before, but now it does. And it also appears on my marketplace items.
