Jumpgate - "An error occurred while rendering this roll template" for ALL prior rolls in chat log.

This has been an issue for weeks if not months, but could previously be worked around by Launching a game via Home instead of My Games.  Now it happens regardless of which page I launch from.  Using Firefox.  Fresh rolls while I'm ingame are fine, but as soon as I leave and re-enter, that roll gets turned into this error message too.

Hi DM R.,  I was not able to replicate this.  Could you PM me an invite to your game so I can check if it is specific to your game? 

Weird, the screenshot I initially pasted in didn't post.  Added it here.   Also no, it happens across all my games so it's a browser/site (and maybe Windows 10?) rather than a single game issue--my players don't have the problem at all.  It's also annoyingly sporadic; two hours ago it occurred anytime I Launched any game, now all those games display prior rolls just fine.  And I didn't even so much as close Firefox between then and now, so nothing at all changed on my end.  Fun stuff

It could have been some kind of glitch or internet issue between you and Roll20's services. 

I have the same issue. I'm using "The Sprawl (Darkening Alley, Touched Prime)" Character Sheet Template. The game was exported from old roll20 to jumpgate. For all the rolls made in previous sessions.

We have the same issue occurring in some of our games as well.

I've been seeing this as well over the last couple weeks.  Generally refreshing the page fixes the issue so I haven't gotten around to clearing my cookies/cache for roll20 yet to see if that clears it up.

Same started happening for me, just today. Refresh worked, but then when I rejoined on a different PC later on in a different browser, same issue again. All previous rolls, but new ones render fine.

Same issue here in chrome or edge. Any new roll renders ok but previous ones look like the above and if I refresh, my new roll shows the same error. Initially a refresh fixed it but now it seems stuck like this even after refreshes and switching to another laptop.

What is the sheet? Does it happen on one specific character's roll, or all rolls?

All rolls before the current session. Dnd2014 & DND2024. All characters. I can only see text comments. if i log out and in during a game all my rolls before then are also replaced.

All rolls and anything that displays in the chat log when clicked on in any character sheet (so, feature use, spell display, etc).  Sometimes hitting F5 to refresh the page fixes it, but backing out and opening the game again definitely doesn't.  An annoying workaround is opening the whole chat log via the link at the top of the chat window, but yeah, this has been going on for months now.  Happens on two different PCs in both Firefox and Chrome.  Closing and reopening the game even causes my own rolls to become hidden via that same error

I'm getting the same error message. I thought I may have to do with API scripts but I restarted the API sandbox multiple times, reloaded game multiple times, and I'm still getting that error as well.
