Guide on how to copy paste a table into a handout without a pro account

I had some struggles on how to do said thing, thus here are some ways you can do this: First option: For a nice retro feel let ai change your desired table you got from a pdf, etc. into "Preformatted Text". Then copy paste the result into your handout, and change the text style to code like I did in this example: Item | Price | Weight ------------|--------|------- Longsword | 15 gp | 3 lb Shield | 10 gp | 6 lb Potion | 50 gp | 0.5 lb Second option:  Copy paste your preformatted text to the tablesgenerator website (link below). This way you can format cell and frame colour, change text alignment for columns, and more like I did here: Item Price Weight Longsword 15 gp 3 lb Shield 10 gp 6 lb Potion 50 gp 0.5 lb Item Price Weight Longsword 15 gp 3 lb Shield 10 gp 6 lb Potion 50 gp 0.5 lb I hope this can be of use to some of you and if you know of any other methods leave a comment. ✌️

I've made tables in word and pasted them I. To character sheets. I can't recall if I have done that into a handout, but I expect it should work.
