Hi everyone,  I want to make a Macro for a 1st level fighter using the 2024 Core Rules.  I have a new player in my group so my goal is to make the macro do all the work for him, but still display all the info so he can get a sense of all his abilities coming together. Here's what I am trying to make but I need some help on;  2-Handed Maul Weapon Attack, always roll advantage and display both rolls Damage! (2d6+str) but using these following traits; Great Weapon Fighting Style : "When you roll damage for an attack you make with a Melee weapon that has the Two-Handed or Versatile properties, you can treat any 1 or 2 on a damage die as a 3." Savage Attacker Soldier Origin Feat : " Once per turn when you hit a target with a weapon, you can roll the weapon’s damage dice twice and use either roll against the target." Maul Weapon Mastery : " Topple . If you hit a creature with a Maul, you can force it to make a Con. saving throw (DC 8 + 2 + the ability modifier used to make the attack). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition." Anyone able to help me with this? Thanks so much!

Hi Jonathan,  Which character sheet are you using? If you don't know the name please supply a screenshot. (Note: I see you said you are using the 2024 rules, but that is not the same as using the 2024 sheet.)
Hi Gauss,  Sorry for the delay on this! We're using the 2014 sheet

Hi again Jonathan,  I just saw this.  Are you trying to apply Maul's Weapon Mastery to the Greatsword?  You don't need all of this in a specific macro, you can do this in the 2014's regular attacks. Then put the attack command into a macro if you want.  Greatsword:  In the damage field put:  {1d6,1d6,3+0d0,3+0d0}kh2 Damage type: Slashing In the Saving Throw field checkmark the box and put: CON vs DC STR Save Effect should be something like: target is not prone In the Description field put:  **Topple**: If you hit a creature with a Maul, you can force it to make a Con. saving throw DC [[8 +@{pb}+ @{strength_mod}]]. On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition. Next, make a second Greatsword attack:  Name: SA Greatsword Damage 1:   {1d6,1d6,3+0d0,3+0d0}kh2 Damage 2:   {1d6,1d6,3+0d0,3+0d0}kh2 and then select STR from the dropdown.  Damage Type for both Damage1 and Damage2: Slashing In the Saving Throw field checkmark the box and put: CON  vs DC  STR Save Effect should be something like: target is not prone In the Description field put:  **Savage Attacker**: Once per turn when you hit a target with a weapon, you can roll the weapon’s damage dice twice and use either roll against the target. **Topple**: If you hit a creature with a Maul, you can force it to make a Con. saving throw DC [[8 +@{pb}+ @{strength_mod}]]. On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition. --- And now you have two attacks, one for Savage Attacker and one for regular attacks.  Note: you can go with just the Savage Attacker attack if your DM is ok with ignoring the second damage field when you aren't making a Savage Attack.
