The last of the Great Cities, grown from the four corners, the city that stopped the doom of Earth. Ships sail out over the sea, they report back pockets of survivors, building back. Each player may create up to three characters concurrently, All characters know each other, at least by name and public image. Running in a reduced version of AD&D Second Edition, you can play: A human Fighter, thief or Wizard, or bard. A human can switch classes after attaining fifth level in a class. A Hobbit Fighter, thief, or fighter/thief, or bard. A Half Elf Fighter Thief, Wizard, Fighter/thief, fighter/wizard, thief/wizard, or bard. A dwarf fighter, thief or fighter/thief, or bard. No two characters of a player may be the same race and exact class. No characters can be related to another character. Players can have as many characters in their "stable" as they want, but they must be in play to earn XP, so the "crowd" will be left behind. I strongly recommend having at least two characters. Social classes: -1 prisoners 0 slaves 1 poor, street people, freed slaves 2 lower class, workmen, unskilled labor 3 semi skilled, apprentices, soldiers 4 skilled labor, city guard C* 5 craftsmen, shop owners- basic goods C* 6 merchants - quality goods, middle class C* 7 merchants - luxury goods C* 8 officials C* 9 Senators C* 10 Imperial family C* *Citizens who have inherited it or paid the 200 GP registration and who pay taxes, this allows them a vote for Senators. Characters will always start as "residents", generally 1-4 social class. I have been running TTRPG since the release of chainmail. I was with Mann shorts for about a year.
