Drow Race Missing?

Hey there, I hope someone can help. We are starting a One Shot soon and one of my players wants to create a drow but can't select the race in the character sheet. We are using the 2024 Dnd one. It's not locked or something. Neither Drow or Dark Elf are listed anywhere. I have both the PHB 2014 and 2024 an are sharing them.  Anyone knows what might be the problem? Or is the only solution to make a Custom Race? 

It's a subrace of elf. However, also make sure that your player has turned off the "featured" sort in the character creator, it frequently hides options. Drow will be an option in the page after species selection, under the Elf Lineage ability.
