Storrage system thinks I am still over the storrage limit even when I removed and deleted everything

I have been having a verry stressful session against the storrage space last week. I tried uploading token images, but r20 keeps giving me this message that I went over the limit. I did the smart thing and removed some old or retired tokens/maps/portirats/pics and the like. r20 still thinks I went over the limit. I kept deleting more. r20 Still thinks I went over the limit. I refreshed, and then reopened the window. Just recently, the same answer. What the hell is going on?
To also add insult to injury, This all occur While I am under the storrage quota.

Here's a direct link to what's using up your storage quota, https://app.roll20.net/account/ It may be Audio files, if you have uploaded any Sounds, because those don't appear in your Art Library for deletion. Those can be deleted in your Audio Library, here: https://app.roll20.net/audio_library/
