Hi all! I'm Dice. I've been playing D&D on and off for a solid 5-6 years now, dabbled in Pathfinder before that, and I'm an avid writer/storyteller. I've been doing written RP for over twenty years and I absolutely adore it. I am chronically ill so sometimes I might have to miss a session here and there BUT I'm really good about communicating if and when there is ever an issue. I know that can be a dealbreaker for some, but I figure it's better to be honest right out the gate. I'm looking for a campaign with immersive storytelling. Combat is just fine and can be super fun, but I prefer the story and party interaction most of all. I love depth and layers to a story and plot. I love high fantasy stuff, though, if it's possible to play in an urban fantasy setting of some kind that would be fun too. I'm a sucker for the supernatural. I'm that person who even if the party doesn't want me to share it with them, I would be making Pinterest boards, playlists, and journals for my character just to give myself more details and ideas about the character. their party, the world around them, etc. While this stuff is just for fun, I tend to get really invested, especially with a character I have a really fun backstory for. I'm also a HUGE fan of "yes and" and helping to bring other players stories to life in whatever fashion that might be. I've got a character concept in mind but don't want to put too much out in the open so if you are looking for another player for Monday or friday afternoon and I've piqued your interest at all, please send me a message so i can talk over what I have in mind/hope to be able to do. I know TTRPG's are about the whole table too, so if you don't think what I have in mind would work, I would LOVE to work on making the concept into something that would work for the both of us and the rest of the table. That or I can just scrap the idea for the right game/DM and come up with something completely different. Whatever works! Without getting into too much detail the overall idea I have includes: An elvan scholar who ended receiving power she didn't know she had. She doesn't realize it yet but it has everything to do with a person who previously mentored her back in her family's estate before she set off to start adventuring. Hope to hear from some of you soon!
