2024 Character Sheets: Spell Slot, Features, etc. Diamond Tracking checkboxes don't show on iPads

Hello. I run a D&D program for upper elementary/early middle school kids. They use iPads (6th gen, version 17.7.10) to view their 2024 Character sheets. While all the information and icons show up on their sheets (even the toggle buttons to prepare spells), not a single one of those diamond checkbox tracker boxes show up, so my kids cannot track their spell slots, features/traits, or any uses of items such as the healing kit. I have tried opening their character sheets through both Safari and Chrome, and the trackers don't show. They do display on Dell laptops and my android phone. Is there something with iPads that takes those checkboxes away?
Hmmm I saw an issue a few days ago talking about not seeing the diamonds, https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/12594985/slug%7D#post-12602328 But re-reading it that seems like it's probably different than your issue. One interesting thing to note, Chrome on iPad isn't actually "chrome", if I remember correctly Apple requires all browsers on iOS to run off of their "webkit" engine. Where as Chrome on a PC/Mac/Android/Linux (any other platform) would generally run on the Chromium engine. All that to say... when Roll20 says "Chrome" is a supported browser what they really mean is the Chromium versions of Chrome. This is likely where the issue is coming from. Your best bet is probably to submit a bug report https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=1500000234201 because I do think the intent would be for the sheets to be usable on iOS/iPadOS.
I am seeing them in Safari on my iPad Pro. Are their iOS’s updated to the latest version?

It might be an older iPad issue. I cannot see them on my old iPad 6.
Let me know if there are any Safari settings I could check for you both…
Yeah, the ipads the kids have are iPad 6th generation with iPadOS 17.7.10. Are the iPads themselves too old then to display the character sheet's full functionality? If that is the case, I will have to print out trackers for all their spells and features and traits and such, but it would be great if they could use the 2024 character sheet fully.
