Custom Databases

HI! I'm a game developer looking to build a custom character sheet in Roll20 for my game, but I'm loathe to code my entire database (which I have set up in google sheets currently) into html. Is there a way to link to an external database easily? I'm not especially familiar with HTML but I'm happy to learn if the answer is 'yes but it's complicated' any help appreciated.

Hi Lucian Greymark, AFAIK, there isn't an option to link a sheet to an external resource.  Many things can be included directly within the code of a character sheet though.  If you are wanting to include your game's rules, you would need to create an official sheet and create a compendium and/or charactermancer to help with character creation.  I believe this is only available for published games and an agreement with Roll20.  Again, this would require converting whatever external resources that are needed for your system to work with Roll20. This is just my understanding.  Their are others that are probably better qualified to comment on this subject.  (ie Scott C. ) You would need to contact Roll20 to get the details.  Cheers
