Has anyone else had any trouble trying to join a game and gets stuck at that loading screen?  j Like, it would stay like this for more than 15 minutes, I'm new to roll20, is there anything I need to enable/disable to be able to play, am I missing something? PLEASE help

Hi Nells,  Are you still having a problem?  Can you try using Chrome and/or Firefox? Safari is not one of the Roll20 approved browsers.

Please try a Chrome Incognito or Firefox Private Browsing window too. I always launch Roll20 games that way, and it saves me from a lot of trouble.
