There isn't an automatic timer in roll20's turn tracker. You either have a third party browser extension causing this, or are using some MOD script to do so. In the case of the third party extension, the r20 forums can't help with that. If it's a mod script, tell us what mod you are using and we can direct you to where to find the documentation for it.
