Music in campaign keeps getting unsorted when I add more music

Hello, I have a campaign with music sorted into playlists carefully for different chapters, etc. However, when I upload new mp3s to roll20 to use, the music in my campaign often falls out of its folders and becomes just a long list This is super annoying because it takes forever to re-sort it, to the point where I don't even want to risk uploading more music so it won't happen Is there any solution to this? I use Firefox and the game is upgraded to the latest version of Roll20 Thanks

Hey dirty. That sounds frustrating. You might want to report directly to Roll20 Help Center with "Send a Request" to get official support in the loop. It'll be mostly community members helping out here. What I would say is, try the Roll20 Manage Audio Library (from the Tools dropdown at the top of Roll20, outside of your games), and do your uploading and playlist creation there. From there you can move your saved Playlists into any of your games, any time, so if it becomes necessary you can delete the old audio in your game's Jukebox and re-add the Playlists from your audio manager. A downside of this method I believe it is not synched automatically, so anytime you upload a new song and add to the Playlist in audio manager, then you need to use audio manager to add the Playlist to your Game again. https://app.roll20.net/audio_library/

Also, one cause of things spilling out of their folders, at least on the journal tab, is a poor or interrupted communication between the server and your computer. That behavior can lose your organization, so things spill out onto the root level in order to prevent corruption or loss. I don't know if that Is also true of the Jukebox tab.
