Upgrading to Jumpgate from Legacy Not Working

Hi There I've been trying to upgrade an older campaign that I want to resurrect - the game name is "WDW SKT". The game spins up okay but when I hit the button to convert to Jumpgate, it just errors out (though it does create the "(Legacy Backup) WDW SKT" game, but this is empty). What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hey Taz, I think you're probably going to need to report that to Roll20 Help Center to get direct official support on this, https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hi Taz, Have you tried duplicating the game and converting it that way? You can do that by going to Roll20.net Click the name of your game Click Settings Click Copy Game It should already be set to the VTT engine formerly known as Jumpgate.

Please wait until that game's content is finished being updated." I opened the game and it runs fine, I removed a couple of Addons (just in case) and restarted - works fine. It creates the new version okay - but it's empty. If I had to put $$ on the table, I'd say that it's stuck midway through the update to Jumpgate that I tried earlier. I guess I'll have to send a plea to the Devs and see if they can untangle it. That said, I will remember this approach if I have to bring other games out of retirement. Thanks!

Thanks for the pointer.

Ooh! Does your game have any Custom Token Markers? I suggest you remove all your Token Markers and try to Copy your game again. I had to do this soon after the Legacy / Jumpgate switchover for all of my games, but they could be copied to Jumpgate with no issues once I removed the Token Markers.
