Hi Rumble BR! First: don'e panic. Roll20AM keeps backups and can help you load an earlier version if the trouble is serious enough. There's a couple of things to try, or you can jump right to a Help Center Request , and get dev help rather than community help. The most common cause of a game refusing to load is something on the last page you viewed is too complex or is somehow corrupted. To get around this, create a Dummy Account . Invite that account to play and then promote it to GM. Often the new account is set to a different page and can load just fine. In that case you can try deleting, renaming or even loading the problem page and simplify it. Another possibility is corruption. You can try making a backup copy (you can choose to make a legacy backup of a legacy game. You might be able to open the duplicate if the act of copying corrects whatever corruption might have existed. In that case, the easiest solution is to just make that your new game. Third, is try loading under a private browsing/incognito window, just in case the problem lies with a browser extension. Last, try a different computer if you have access to one. (This last is more diagnostic, than a fix, since you don't want to buy a new PC just to run Roll20 If none of those work, I'd grab a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a Help Center Request .
