Character Transfering/Copying Not Working

Like the title says, No matter how I try, I cannot copy or transfer any of the characters that I should be allowed to. The games I am trying to pull from are still active and I have tried every way I know how. As you can tell, I am a long-term user who knows how these things are supposed to work. The error messages I am getting simply tell me to try again later. Now, later has been all day. 

Are you trying to copy the game or are you trying to use the Transmogrifier to copy from one game to another? Is the game Legacy engine or current engine (Jumpgate)? 

Hi Eiric E. Padraig,  Could you supply a screenshot of the error? What method of transferring are you using? (Transmogrifier? Character Vault? Roll20 Characters?) And echoing Andrew R.'s request for information on which engine it is located in, and which engine is the game you are taking it to using?

It literally was just saying "Cannot complete this at this time; try again later" with a Dismiss button. This was with Jumpgate and using Roll20 Characters into another Jumpgate game. It is working now, but it annoyed the crap out of me for a day and a half...
