Range Ruler Settings Do Not Persist

Just a small, general complaint from my players...changes to the range ruler are really nice, but changes to its settings do not persist  between page reloads . For example, not broadcasting one's ruler, or disabling the ruler when moving tokens. We're playing some tactical war games that require information privacy and seeing other players' range rulers is problematic, even if it occurs once (and, it's just annoying to always have to redo the settings).
