Memory leak , but only as the GM

Anyone else stuck with a game they can't load as a GM?  By viewing task manager i can see is a memory leak that crashes the browser.   This only occures when I join as a GM, when joining as a player then everything is fine... Something must have changed since last week that affected this, (cause no issues last week) Tried different browsers, cleared cache, different pc's... nothing works.  Also copied the game, uninstalled all API/mods... and toyed around with the settings.. dosn't seem to work.

I have the same issue since 20th. I tried the same troubleshooting. It looks like there are some problems related already mentioned  here .  For me it spares maps with newer assets. Size, dynamic light ing and gifs don't affect it. But any map older than several weeks that has more than several assets results in a memory leak error.
