Can't load character sheet

When attempting to open a D&amp;D 5e 2014 character sheet, nothing loads. Previously character sheets loaded without issue in Firefox.

Hi Ally! You likely want to send this report as a&nbsp; Help Center Request . The forums are mostly community level help. That being said, if the issue only occurs in one browser, my first recommendation would be to delete cache and cookies and see if the problem persists.

Apologies, I did not know about the Help Center. I posted here because the forum is literally named "Bug Reports &amp; Technical Issues" and I have gotten official replies in the past when I have reported other issues. But if it brings it to their attention sooner I will use the help center from now on. The issue seems to be fixed however, without clearing cache, so whatever was going on (on my end or not) seems to be resolved :)

The forum name goes way, way back, and for a variety of technical reasons, the devs are loath to touch the forum setup. About the time of lockdown, the userbase exploded way past any ability to efficiently monitor, and the Help Center became the official way, while the Forum became mostly community help. The Help Center method generates tickets that must be attended to. If you get a dev answer here, there are usually three possibilities: You are responding in an official announcement thread, with is usually dev-curated. A Forum Champion noticed the issue, and was not able to help, or felt that the issue was beyond themselves or a community-minded user to address. In this case, we have more direct lines to escalate issues on behalf of users. This might happen invisibly to the end user. (I.e. we might pass on a report without posting here). You got lucky and a team member happened by incidentally. By far, the best way to get attention to an issue is a&nbsp; Help Center Request .
