Assets Not Uploading to Art Library (Request #390935)

Hey All, I've been having trouble for a while now uploading assets into the Art Library. All file types as well as file sizes seem not to upload. Every time I try to upload them (either by dragging and dropping or by browsing) I get an error, a chance to retry, then another error. I thought it might have had to do with my computer, but I recently upgraded my rig and the problem is still occurring. It hasn't been completely game breaking, but I GM a few games and I'd really like to go back to using the assets that I create for them.  I was in email contact with the Roll20 Team (request #390935), but I haven't had a response in over 2 weeks. I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas as to what the problem might be. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi Jason P.,  In the future if you do not receive a response to a ticket for an extended period of time please bring it up and a Forum Champion (usually Keith or myself) will see if we can get some movement on the ticket.  I'll try to get your ticket some attention. Please let me know if there isn't a response in the next 2 business days. 
Thank you for the info Gauss and apologies for not bringing it up directly to a Forum Champion (I'll be honest, I wasn't even aware I could do that). Thank you for doing what you can to get my ticket looked at and again hopefully posting here wasn't too much.
Hey Jason, Sorry for the trouble on this! I am seeing a reply to your ticket from last week but we've been having some reports of support responses not making it back to folks. It may be worthwhile to double/triple check your spam folder just in case. More to the point, the info that was provided via the console log (thank you for that by the way!) it seemed there was a specific error that was sticking out. Taking a look at the log, it seems that the error net::ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT is the primary culprit here. This indicates there is an issue with the data connection during the upload and it is being flagged and stopped. To best resolve this, I would suggest the following:   Make sure your browser and operating system are fully updated. Clear your browser cache and cookies Ensure that your device clock is accurate to your geolocation Temporarily disable your VPN Temporarily disable your anti-virus/firewall Try with a different network connection   Ideally these steps should help to workaround or fix the cause for the error and allow for uploads to function again.
Hey Drespar, Thank you for the update, I checked my spam wasn't able to find any response, that said I appreciate the response here!  In regards to your troubleshooting suggestions, I went ahead and tried them all. The unfortunate news is that on my chrome browser it appears as though it still does not want to upload the files (even after everything). The silver lining is that this must have done something because if I use Roll20 on Microsoft Edge it appears to be able to upload on that browser. So like you mentioned, at least that presents a work around. I'd like to get it working on chrome if possible, but this is already much better! So thank you for the help!
